COMPETENCE community CONFIDENCE
This ICF-approved Team Coaching Program is:

✓ A full program that includes the required Coach Supervision & 60+ hours of training
✓ Combination of in-person and live online modules

The Pathway Certification Program is designed to be taken in three synchronized modules. Participants can register for all three modules at once (at a discount), or one at a time at the regular price. The Foundations module is a standalone, but is a prerequisite for the Master Class.
-
The Foundations Module provides foundational, experiential training on team and group coaching.
-
The Master Class Module provides a team coaching experience in a small cohort circle that is focused on deeper learning and practice in a facilitated, co-created experience that culminates in a deeply connected community of team coaches. Team coaches will co-present a final capstone project together that demonstrates their collective learning.
-
The Coach Supervision and Examination Prep Module provides illuminating learning, reflection, and takeaways with other team coaches, embedding the ICF Team Competencies, Ethics, and ACTC examination preparation.
All three modules prepare the team coach with the foundational competence for group and team coaching, eligibility, and preparation for the ACTC examination.
