Pathway to Team Coaching Certification Program
This program will provide ~61 ICF (International Coaching Federation) education hours. It is an accredited program by ICF toward the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.
Eligibility
This program is for coaches who have earned their ACC, PCC, or MCC credentials through ICF.
Envision Team Synergy presents the "Pathway to Team Coaching Certification" program. This comprehensive program is meticulously designed to equip coaches through a multi-modal program that is interactive and practical.
The Pathway to Team Coaching certification will support participants in growing their advanced competencies necessary for impactful team coaching, aligning with the rigorous standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Participants will engage in extensive experiential learning, including observed team coaching sessions with personalized feedback and dedicated coach supervision. The program delves into critical team models, ethical considerations, business development strategies for team coaching, and effective co-coaching practices.
The curriculum provides 61 contact hours, emphasizing ICF Team Coaching and Core Competencies, as well as a robust discussion and application of the updated ICF Code of Ethics.

Details
This immersive program brings together rich learning resources, practical exercises, and a supportive community. You’ll experience 3.5 days of in-person intensive learning and virtual small team cohort sessions, while practicing core competencies in a supportive environment. You will also learn through team coach practice simulations on a monthly basis, with practical and personalized coaching supervision (5 hours). The final team project will be a capstone experience that integrates your collective learning and demonstrates your growth.
