About Me

Hello! I’m Jordan White, an award-winning coach with 15+ years of coaching and personal and leadership development experience. During my athletic journey, I cultivated a deep appreciation for teamwork, prioritizing collective success over individual achievements. Inspired by the concept of "oneness" championed by former NBA Coach Phil Jackson, my leadership style took on a unique, almost spiritual dimension, emphasizing the power of working together as a cohesive unit. Later, I gravitated toward professional coaching while pursuing an MA in Communication and Leadership. Beyond coaching people-first, mission-driven leaders, I contribute to the development of Colorado University leadership students and the Brother to Brother (B2B) program at Metro State University, working with students of color, many of whom are first-generation college students. I am also a core faculty member for the Regional Institute for Health & Environmental Leadership and serve executives as a coach partner with the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.

Born and raised in Denver, CO, I reside with my wife, Heather. We enjoy an occasional night out or a show at Red Rocks. I also enjoy co-hosting The Practicing Peoples Podcast, reading, meditating, learning, DJing, and pursuing excellence on the golf course (with room for improvement).
