About Me

I am Nancy Benthien, a practiced and passionate leadership & team development coach with over 18 years of experience in helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. My journey into coaching began as the head of a business line at a global tech firm when I realized that being an effective leader has more to do with motivating, inspiring, and developing others and much less to do with my own technical knowledge. Since then, I have been committed to empowering my clients to reach for the stars in their own growth and development; it is a true calling and incredibly rewarding.

I live in Evergreen, CO with my husband of 36 years and our dog. We have 2 married children and one adorable grandbaby. In my spare time, I love to travel the world, learn languages, and paint.
